What
is Intuitive Counseling?

Intuitive
counseling makes use of both the inner knowing of the client and that of
the counselor. As an empath I am sensitive to emotional and energetic realities
that underlie the polite and smiling mask that the client may present to
the world. Validating these undercurrents is very comforting and allows
a conversation about issues that have been causing stress. I bring my long experience as a medical nurse dealing with persons in stressful situations as well as my training in psychiatric nursing. It can be a process of helping you to reinvent yourself, to create a life that you love and live it powerfully. Problem solving using an holistic approach often generalizes solutions to your whole life. You can break free from self-limiting patterns of thinking into self-empowerment. Helping yourself now and in the future becomes possible! |

"Our
deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us." Marianne Williamson |

| To some degree, I am an empath, which means I have a sense of what people are feeling, both emotionally and physically. I frequently receive a rush of emotion, such as sorrow or happiness. I may also feel physical pain which directs me to some part of their body for healing. This may relate more to the symbolic meaning of the body part rather than a physical illness. For example, I might feel back pain related to a sense of being burdened or problems at work. | |
